SoftBank Launches “White Plan” -New price plan with basic monthly charge of 980 yen,
available from January 16, 2007-

SOFTBANK MOBILE Corp. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Masayoshi Son) announced that it will launch a new price plan “White Plan” from January 16, 2007.

White Plan is a simple price plan with a basic monthly charge of 980 yen (including tax). It offers free domestic voice calls between SoftBank handsets from 1:00 to 21:00. For domestic voice calls other than those it offers a tariff of 21 yen (including tax) per 30 seconds.

In addition, mail exchange between SoftBank 3G handsets is free of charge.

For “Global Services” such as roaming abroad, making international calls and others, different charges will apply.

Applications from existing customers to change their price plan to White Plan will be accepted from January 11, 2007 prior to other customers.
