Global Partnership with Verizon Business

SOFTBANK TELECOM Corp. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Masayoshi Son, hereinafter "SBTM") and Verizon Business (Head office: USA; President: John Killian) have entered into a Global Partnership. This partnership will expands SBTM’s Global IP-VPN locations to 116 countries and areas and will enable it to meet the needs of customers who wish to build an E2E closed seamless network especially in the North America and South America regions.

The partnership with Verizon Business, which owns the most expansive global IP backbone network, will enable SBTM to provide E2E services in global communications by building an optimal framework to provide the best suited global solutions, and meeting a wide range of customers’ needs for various kinds of data networks around the world.

Until now, SBTM has entered into partnerships with major communication companies in the world. This new partnership with Verizon Business allows SBTM to provide service flexibly to companies which enter into global market. To support and solve the issues of customers who develop their business overseas, SBTM keeps cooperating with various global service partners and will provide high quality solutions through ”ULTINA Global service Global IP-VPN”.
