Shareholder Benefits to Awarding of PayPay Money Lite
Change improves convenience by enabling transfers between PayPay users

SoftBank Corp.
SoftBank Corp. (“SoftBank”) will change the shareholder benefit program for common stock announced on April 25, 2024, from awarding PayPay Points (1,000 points) to awarding PayPay Money Lite (JPY 1,000 worth). There will be no change in the conditions for the grant and the amount equivalent to the grant.
PayPay Money Lite is a type of electronic money that can be used for payments at PayPay merchants and affiliated services. It is also transferable between PayPay users at no charge, making it more convenient than PayPay Points. For more information on PayPay Money Lite, please click here (in Japanese).
Shareholder Benefits Program (only bold part has been changed)
(1) Eligible shareholders
- Shareholders who have held SoftBank's common shares for 1 year or longer and hold 100 or more shares.
- The holding period shall be from March 31*1 to March 31 of the following year*1, and the first period shall be from March 31, 2025*1 to March 31, 2026*1, 2

(2) Details of Shareholder Benefits
SoftBank will provide PayPay Money Lite (JPY 1,000 worth) to eligible shareholders.
