“BARKS Mobile” - Unlimited access to over 700 videos via mobile phone! -
The music entertainment site “BARKS” (http://www.barks.jp/) run by SOFTBANK Creative Corp. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Makoto Okazaki) will launch a mobile site “BARKS Mobile” with the cooperation of Bitway Co., Ltd. (Head office: Taito-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Yasushi Kobayashi). The site is offered as an official site for all three mobile carriers, and starts services on February 6, 2006 for i-mode. Services are also scheduled to start on March 2, 2006 for Ezweb, and on March 15, 2006, for Vodafone live!
This new site will offer one of the largest collections of online music information in Japan, as well as video streaming service for over 700 videos. Future plans include expanding to ringtone music services and e-commerce.

News articles: Daily music news delivered on both Japanese and overseas music.
CD reviews: CD recommendations and reviews.
Featured articles, features on newly emerging artists: Interviews and special features on these artists.
Artist information and search: Information on over 6,000 artists accumulated on the web, with search function.
“My BARKS” for mobile site and “Users” ,a listing page showing user postings Users can set up their own mobile page (“My BARKS”). When information on their favorite artist is updated, they will be notified by e-mail. Users can register their favorite videos and discs, and can also post reviews. On the “Users” page, users can browse through other users’ postings.
Pay service (210 yen/month, including tax)
Videos: Unlimited access to over 700 videos, including videos from live houses such as Shinjuku Loft, BARKS exclusive comments from artists, and promotional videos.
