  Masayuki Miyashita joined Softbank Telecom Corp. in 2008. Since April 2009, he has also been a research engineer with Wireless System Research Center at Softbank Mobile Corp.(currently, SoftBank Corp.) Currently, he is affiliated with SoftBank Corp.'s Research Institute of Advanced Technology. He has been engaged in the areas of mobile radio communication systems and quantum information and communication systems.

  Since the current Network aims to connect with anyone, security has been left behind. Now that being connected has become commonplace, "security" has been reconsidered and given renewed importance. Quantum mechanics is essential for a communications carrier to provide "safe and secure" information and communications services. I would like to do my best to contribute to the world by implementing social implementation of quantum information and communication based on quantum mechanics, which has not yet been put into practical use.
