After a career changeI joined SoftBank Corp. in 2021 following my departure from NTT East. I have found that research and development at our research institute is characterized by two points: "a high level of discretion given to researchers" and "a fast speed towards commercialization." The former means that an environment is provided in which each researcher can think and act independently towards their goals. The latter means that we always keep in mind that good technologies are promptly demonstrated towards commercialization. I will continue to work hard with diligence towards the future.
