What I value in my researchI believe that "giving it a shot" is important in research and development. Rather than advancing technical considerations on paper, touching the technology directly through hands-on experience allows for a deeper understanding of the technology. I realized that by trying things out little by little and getting used to them, I would be able to read code and have conversations with professionals in that technical field, rather than thinking that it is difficult because it is outside of my area of expertise. If there is an interesting technology, I try it out in small ways and continue expanding the field of technology I work on.

HobbiesI enjoy staying in touch with the latest technology, both hardware and software. I purchase gadgets on Kickstarter, create 3D avatars using Unreal Engine's Metahuman, and recently I've been using the AI drawing service "Midjourney" as a paid member. I'm now considering purchasing AR glasses as my next endeavor. Technology is advancing at an incredible pace, and I'm amazed at how what was once impossible has now become easily achievable, which brings me a sense of romance and happiness.

WorkstyleI work flexibly while maintaining the optimal life-work balance for myself. I work remotely when I am busy with childcare or other personal obligations. The "Tech Garage" at Takeshiba headquarters has a well-equipped development environment, so I work there when necessary.
