Hiroshi Yamauchi

  • Profile
    Graduated from the Electronic Engineering Program at The University of Electro-Communications in 1999. Worked at KDD Laboratory and KDD Submarine Cable Systems Inc., engaging in research on long-haul optical WDM transmission systems and development of commercial systems such as Japan-US, TAT-14, SMW3, and Japan Information Highway. Joined SoftBank Corp. in 2006, working on the development of commercial network operation systems for enterprise network services, SmartVPN and SmartInternet, as well as research on robust network operation systems using machine learning. Currently engaged in research on quantum artificial intelligence and distributed quantum computer networks.
