Hiroshi Yamauchi

  • Profile
    Graduated from Electronic Engineering, University of Electro-Communications in 1999. Worked at KDD Laboratory and KDD Submarine Cable Systems Inc., engaging in research on long-haul optical WDM transmission systems and development of commercial systems such as Japan-US, TAT-14, SMW3, and Japan Information Highway. Joined SoftBank Corp in 2006, working on the development of commercial network operation systems SmartVPN and SmartInternet, as well as research on robust network operation systems using machine learning. Currently engaged in research on distributed quantum computing networks.
    Member of the IEICE, expert member of ITU-T SG13,TTC.
