(Includes Internet Usage Charge of ¥300/month)

• The 2-year contract is a 2-year subscription (automatically renewed Canceling outside the contract renewal period (first two billing months after the contract expires) incurs a cancellation fee of ¥9,500. If you cancel during the renewal month, discounts will only be applicable to the previous months of usage and will not be applied for the current (renewal) month.
• For a 2-year contract (free plan), the contract period will be 24 months where a single month is calculated from the service start day to the end of the next billing month, and a cancellation fee will not be applied when canceling after the contract period has passed. If the contract is canceled before the contract expiration date, a contract cancellation fee (¥9,500) will be incurred.
• If you subscribe to a 2-year contract (or 2-year contract with free plan), monthly discounts and USIM exclusive discounts will not be applied.

Voice call / Data usage fees

   If a family discount is applied, voice calls and sending SMS messages to family members who have a subscription to the family discount group will be free of charge.

   The rate is applicable for messages with up to 70 double-byte characters. The rate varies depending on the number of characters.

   For some models, sending/receiving emails, attaching files exceeding 300 KB in emails, sending/receiving international mail, and usage overseas may incur data fees.

Call Basic Rate

• Due to a change in the price plan, current discounts applied may be terminated.
• For new SoftBank customers, this offer will be applied from the day that the subscription is made (the basic fee will be calculated on a pro-rated basis). For current SoftBank customers, this offer will be applied from the next billing month. If you cancel your SoftBank contract, the offer will end on the day that the cancellation is processed (if the cancellation occurs on the month of subscription, the basic fee will not be calculated on a pro-rated basis).
• If you subscribe to Internet Usage Charge in the middle of a month, it will be pro-rated. If the subscription is canceled in the middle of a month, the fee will not be calculated on a pro-rated basis.

• To offer SoftBank voice calls as a more convenient communication method for our many customers, certain numbers/services are excluded from the unlimited/free (semi) flat-rate voice call option. If SoftBank determines that a voice call may affect its infrastructure (for example, continuous long voice calls over a long period of time), the voice call may be disconnected.

  Global roaming voice call costs, international voice call costs, SoftBank satellite phone service, InfoDial service, and voice call costs to special numbers that are charged (such as numbers that begin with 0180 and 0570), directory assistance service (104), voicemail playback of Voicemail Plus, and other specific numbers are excluded from the unlimited voice call plans. Other numbers designated by SoftBank (a voice call to a specific telephone number connected with a telephone service provided by another company) are excluded from the unlimited voice call plans since these numbers deviate from the Terms of Service of this service.
