Request to return the rental device

  1. STEP 01

    After the installation work of Hikariline is completed or if the application is cancelled, please return the rental device promptly following the procedure below.

  2. STEP 02

    Packing

    Please pack the items in the box Softbank used to send them to you or a cardboard box. And
    please wrap them up so that they donʼt break.

    Sending out

    Please send it out by Yamato Transport delivery service.
    You can bring it to a convenience store, which has Yamato Transport service, or local office of Yamato Transport.
    Or you can use their pickups service. Please keep a copy of the delivery label for your records.

Penalty fees of severalinternet devices
and Fees ofrepair and replacement

If customers and applicants donʼt return the device(s) in the “designated period” or the returned device is damaged, we may charge the penalty fee or the repair and replacement fee, which are defined in our rules / regulations. Also, if customers and applicants cancelled a purchase of device and didnʼt return the device to us, we may charge the equivalent amount of the device.

    Packing

    Put the device and accessories in the box with the shipping slip that was inside the cardboard box when the device arrived, and tape it up.

    Sending out

    Please fill in your zip code, address and name on the shipping slip attached to the box, remove the storage inquiry number at the bottom and keep it.
    Please send it from a nearby post or post office.
