Regular employee
Work in variety-filled business environments, conducting business in a wide range of fields without committing to any particular sphere.

• ※Whether qualified in humanities or sciences, all candidates will be given the opportunity to work where they can demonstrate their experience and enthusiasm.

Associate
Provide support in the form of proposals to a range of business units, including those involved in sales, planning, administration, and technical work. Proposals address tasks such as planning, internal and external coordination, and business improvement.

Sales rep (SoftBank Crew)
Recommend and sell a range of mobile telecommunications and broadband services.

Regular employee
Individuals who have graduated from/completed (or expect to graduate from/complete) graduate school, university, or a college of technology in Japan or overseas by March 31, 2024.

Associate/Sales rep (SoftBank Crew)
Individuals who have graduated from/completed (or expect to graduate from/complete) graduate school, university, junior college, professional training college, or a college of technology in Japan or overseas by March 31, 2024.

• ※Individuals who will be 29 or younger when starting work at SoftBank
• ※For individuals who expect to graduate from/complete university or college overseas between April and August of 2024, the date of starting work at SoftBank can be adjusted to July 1 or October 1 of that year according to the timing of graduation/completion. Please inquire for further details as necessary.

Sales rep (SoftBank Crew)
Sales reps work for directly managed stores and/or distributors within their recruitment block.
(7 blocks across Japan: Hokkaido, Tohoku, Kanto & Joshinetsu, Tokai & Hokuriku, Kansai, Chugoku & Shikoku, Kyushu)

• ※ Starting from their initial assignment sales reps may be transferred within their block.

College of technology graduate (regular course)：245,000 yen/month
University/college of technology graduate (major course)：255,000 yen/month
Master's degree：276,200 yen/month or more
Doctoral degree：286,800 yen/month or more

Associate
217,000 yen/month

Sales rep (SoftBank Crew)
218,000 yen/month

For all job categories, salaries stated above are as paid in fiscal 2023.

• ※ Excludes Incentive payment for sales

Salaries are increased annually (in principle)

Paid twice annually
※Standard annual bonus (5 months of salary) + special additional bonus (paid according to the company’s business results )

Regular Employee & Associate
In principle, 9:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. (comprising 7 hours 45 mins’ work and a break [usually 1 hour from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m.])

• ※ The standard working hours above do not apply in some departments where working hours are prescribed separately or shift work takes place.
• ※ Employees may be required to work overtime.

Sales rep (SoftBank Crew)
Work is shift-based (usually comprising 7 hours 45 mins’ work and a 1-hour break)

5-day workweek (126 days off in fiscal 2019), annual paid leave, wedding/funeral leave, special incentive leave, maternity leave, infant care leave, leave when spouse/partner gives birth, parental leave, days off/leave to care for and assist family members, nursing leave, volunteering leave, bone marrow donor leave, disability leave (for hospital visits required by individuals with disabilities), etc.

Sales rep (SoftBank Crew)
Regional weighting allowance for sales reps: 5,000 yen/month
(paid to sales reps living in Tokyo or the prefectures of Kanagawa, Chiba, Saitama, Aichi, Kyoto, Osaka, or Hyogo)
Additional salary (allowances for overtime, night work, and holiday work), travel allowance, relocation subsidy, new graduate housing subsidy, etc.
