On October 23, 2025, a ceremony was held at SoftBank Corp.’s (TOKYO: 9434) Tokyo headquarters to commemorate the signing of a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between SoftBank and Singtel, a leading Asian communications technology group. The agreement sees both companies co-creating greater value for enterprise customers across Asia and beyond.
Under the agreement, SoftBank and Singtel will jointly explore go-to-market initiatives spanning global connectivity services, satellite-enabled solutions and cybersecurity training programmes for enterprises. In partnership, both companies will aim to deliver competitive, scalable and secure solutions that meet the evolving needs of multinational and regional customers.
“Through today’s MoU, we’ll combine our strengths to deliver practical, measurable value—helping enterprise customers move faster, stay secure, and reach users globally,” said Kimimasa Kudo, Head of the Global Business Division, Enterprise Unit at SoftBank Corp. “As we deepen our AI efforts, we’ll continue exploring how AI can further expand our partnership.”
