This procedure is for looking up the details and handling of the customer’s personal data and notifying the customer of the results.
We accept inquiries regarding disclosure of the details of personal information in our custody, confirmation of the purpose of use, requests for discontinuing provision to a third party, disclosure of records, handling method at overseas outsourcing contractors and so forth.
Please note that as a general rule, this procedure is solely for providing information on the customer, and that information belonging to someone other than the customer cannot be provided, even if that person is designated as a family member.
Customers can request that the use and so forth of personal data that SoftBank has received from them be stopped if there is risk of infringing on the rights or legitimate interests of the customer or if permitted by law.
