SoftBank Corp. Adds September 30 as a Record Date
for Shareholder Benefits

SoftBank Corp. (“SoftBank”) announced a revision to its shareholder benefits program previously announced on April 25, 2024. In addition to March 31^*1, September 30^*1 will also be a record date for shareholder benefits^*2.

Accordingly, beginning in April 2025, shareholders who acquire and hold 100 or more shares of SoftBank common stock from September 30, 2025 to September 30, 2026^*3 will be eligible for shareholder benefits from October 2026^*4.

   This date refers to the date recorded in the shareholder registry and is not the date the shares were acquired.

   The starting point for benefit eligibility will be the first record date after a shareholder holds 100 or more shares. Shareholders cannot receive shareholder benefits on both March 31 and September 30 as the record date.

   This applies to shareholders who are listed on the shareholder registry on both March 31 and September 30 for three consecutive times under the same shareholder account number.

   Shareholders who received shareholder benefits based on the March 31 record date are not eligible. However, if they continue to hold 100 or more shares until March 31 of the following year, they will be eligible to receive benefits again.
