Notice Concerning Changes of Representative Directors
and Important Personnel Changes

SoftBank Corp. (hereinafter the "Company") announces that at the meeting of Board of Directors held on January 29, 2026, the Company resolved on the changes of its Representative Directors and other important personnel changes, effective April 1, 2026, as follows.

1. Changes of Representative Directors and Chairman

    Yasuyuki Imai, utilizing his experience as former Chairman and Representative Director & COO, will serve as Special Advisor, engaging in external activities and supporting the succession to the new management structure. He is scheduled to step down from the position of Director upon the expiration of his term at the conclusion of the 40th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held in June 2026 (tentative).

2. Reason for change

The Company has been continuously strengthening its organizational structure since 2024 to further establish and ensure the succession of a next-generation management structure, with the aim of enhancing medium- to long-term corporate value. The changes are part of these ongoing initiatives.
Jun Shimba, currently serving as Representative Director & COO, will assume the position of Director & Chairman effective April 1, 2026. Together with Junichi Miyakawa, Representative Director, President & CEO, he will continue to lead the overall management of the Company.

1. Organizational reform

In line with the above changes, the Company will conduct an organizational reform effective April 1, 2026. Under the new Executive Officer structure, the scope of responsibility for the Consumer Business and the Enterprise Business will be clearly defined to advance the establishment of a next-generation management structure. Specifically, the Consumer Sales Unit, Consumer Business Promotion Unit, and Consumer Strategy / Customer Care Unit will be integrated and renamed the Consumer Business Unit, while the Enterprise Unit will be renamed the Enterprise Business Unit. In addition, the Technology Unit and IT Unit will be integrated into the newly formed Technology Unit.
