SoftBank Corp. (“The Company”) announces that its subsidiary Yahoo Japan Corporation (Securities Code: 4689, Tokyo Stock Exchange First Section, “Yahoo Japan”) resolved at its board of directors meeting held on September 12, 2019 to implement a tender offer for the common shares of ZOZO, Inc. (Securities Code: 3092, Tokyo Stock Exchange First Section, “ZOZO”) pursuant to the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (Act No. 25 of 1948; as amended), and to execute a capital and business alliance agreement with ZOZO, as set forth in Attachment
