(hereinafter the “Company”) hereby announces as follows that on July 20, 2021, it finalized the undetermined items of stock acquisition rights to be issued to directors (excluding external directors) and executive officers (hereinafter “Stock Acquisition Rights”) in accordance with the resolution of the Board of Directors on June 22, 2021.
Amount of assets to be contributed upon exercise of Stock Acquisition Rights
JPY 149,700 per unit of Stock Acquisition Rights (JPY 1,497 per share)
