In a customer satisfaction survey of system vendors that support the sales and introduction of cloud-type groupware products for enterprises, SoftBank has ranked first in overall satisfaction for the third consecutive year since 2016, receiving the highest overall rating in the four factors: “Introduction/Construction Support”, “Post-Introduction Support”, “Cost”, and “Sales Support”.

In a survey of companies using corporate network services, we received the highest overall rating for the second consecutive year across the four factors that affect overall satisfaction with network services: “service content/quality”, “trouble/troubleshooting”, “sales and installation support”, and “cost”.

In the customer satisfaction survey conducted by J.D. Power Japan, an international specialized firm in survey and consulting for customer satisfaction, in the Value Carrier segment, “Y!mobile” achieved the highest ratings in the four factors of “Communication Quality”, “Service Menu”, “Provided Devices”, and “Procedure/Support Response”. As a result, it has been awarded the top position overall for two consecutive years.

In the customer satisfaction survey conducted by J.D. Power Japan, an international specialized firm in survey and consulting for customer satisfaction, in the Online Exclusive Brand/Plan segment, “LINEMO” achieved the highest ratings in the three factors of “Communication Quality”, “Service Menu”, and “Procedure/Support Response”. As a result, we have been awarded the top position overall for three consecutive years.

Labor Practices
Next-generation certification mark (Kurumin)
In 2017, SoftBank Corp. obtained Platinum Kurumin certification from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare. This designation is granted to companies that have already received the standard Kurumin certification and further introduced and utilized systems for supporting work-life balance to a considerable extent, implementing high-level efforts.
Eruboshi
SoftBank has received the “Eruboshi” designation (class 3) from the Minister for Health, Labor and Welfare in recognition of being a company that excels in the empowerment of women. Going forward, we will continue to advance efforts to promote the professional success of women, such as holding career training for female employees and implementing mentoring programs.
PRIDE Index Gold Rating
The company has received the highest “Gold” rating in the PRIDE Index, an evaluation index for initiatives related to LGBTQ and other sexual minorities within the company, for seven consecutive years since 2017.
The “PRIDE Index” is a set of criteria developed by the voluntary organization “work with Pride” to recognize companies excelling in initiatives related to LGBTQ and raise public awareness of specific ways to create a workplace that is comfortable for LGBTQ and other sexual minorities to work in.

NIKKEI Smart Work Management Survey
SoftBank Corp. has received the highest rating of 5 stars in the 7th NIKKEI Smart Work Management Survey. This survey has been conducted by Nikkei Inc. since 2017, targeting listed and leading non-listed companies in Japan. The survey defines “Smart Work Management” as efforts to maximize organizational performance through three elements: realization of diverse and flexible work styles, systems to create new businesses, and the ability to develop markets. The evaluation is based on a 5-star scale.
Received the “NIKKEI Smart Work Award 2024” in the Human Resources Utilization category
At the “NIKKEI Smart Work Award 2024”, which selects leading companies sustainably growing through workstyle reforms, we were honored to receive the Human Resources Utilization Award. The company received high praise for its commitment to realizing “diverse and flexible work styles”, attributed to the significant number of male employees taking continuous childcare leave for over one month, as well as the enhanced support for external activities such as side jobs and concurrent employment.
Furthermore, the company was also recognized for its “investment in talent”, attributed to the enhancement of career self-reliance support within the company, such as internal job postings and internal side jobs, as well as the high level of training expenses.
In 2021, the company received the “Use of Technology Prize” in recognition of its AI-based selection process for new graduate recruitment, streamlining of internal operations through the use of RPA, and development of services utilizing technology, such as the “PayPay” cashless payment service. Additionally, in 2022, the company received the “Innovation Prize” for the launch of venture companies under the “SoftBank Innoventure” new business proposal system, and for its proactive efforts to develop human resources in cutting-edge fields.
In 2023, the company was awarded the highest honor, the Grand Prize, at the “NIKKEI Smart Work Award 2023”, receiving high praise for its achievement in realizing flexible workstyles through telework and its investment in talent development, including training programs.

SoftBank Corp. was recognized as a Welfare Promotion Corporation for its outstanding initiatives under Hataraku Yell 2024, a program that recognizes enterprises making efforts to enhance and effectively utilize employee welfare initiatives.
Awarded the Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications Award for the 100 Pioneers of Telework
Among companies and organizations promoting installation and utilization of telework, the company received the “Award of Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications for 100 Telework Pioneers” as an organization making excellent efforts that other organizations should follow as a role model.
CompTIA Certified Team Award
As a strategic and necessary area for solution human resources in the provision of customer digital solution infrastructure and DX promotion, the Solution Engineering Division of our Corporate Business Management received the “CompTIA Certified Team Award”, as the first Japanese company to receive such an award, with more than 80% of engineers in the entire division having obtained CompTIA certification.

SoftBank Corp. has been certified as a Tokyo Sports Promotion Company for excellence in sports support and the promotion of sports activities for employees.
Sports Yell Company
SoftBank Corp. has been certified as a Sports Yell Company by the Japan Sports Agency for its proactive promotion of sports to improve the health of employees. This is the sixth consecutive year that our company has been certified and we were recognized as a “Bronze”.
